I cannot emphasize enough how much touchy subject matter there is in Oniisama e/Dear Brother at large, but perhaps especially with Mariko! Some CWs you will find are: disordered eating, self-harm (typically by way of disordered eating), threats of murder and/or suicide, physical violence, stalking, and a complete lack of physical and emotional boundaries.
